Aid Ondoy

On September 26, 2009, a typhoon, internationally known as Ketsana, hit Metro Manila and its surrounding areas of the Philippines. The disaster caused severe flooding within hours, and displaced 100,000s of families from their homes. This disaster is known by the people as Ondoy, which is termed by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical & Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA). This event is the inspiration for this relief and awareness kit.

The kit contains items for relief to address urgent needs, and hopes to build awareness for the tragic event. The goal is to incite the Americans to help. This educational and promotional campaign kit is light, easy to produce, yet attractive for the intended users to both be informed and prepared.
